All our items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 3-7 business days (UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends or holidays) for shipping time. We will contact International orders if there are additional charges.

Shipping Charge Exception

Due to the June 2002 USPS price increase, zip codes beginning with 7,8 or 9 may be subject to higher shipping costs on larger or heavier items. If this pertains to your order, we will contact you for authorization before shipping.

International Shipping

International Customers do not have an automated shipping option. International rates are based on weight, package dimensions, destination country, and order value (for insurance). We will calculate the shipping charges for your order and send an email quote for your approval. NOTE: We require a fax copy (603-938-5090) of your credit card and ID (driver's license or passport) for all first-time International customers.
